SP-1 is registered with FPAL and utilises the FPAL system for continuous improvement of its processes, supplier management and performance recording. Aspects span downwards to key project suppliers and upwards to end clients and also to benchmark performance in a range of activity elements against its peer competitors in respective areas of its activities.

For a recent projects benchmark – available through FPAL - a performance bar chart is reproduced below.  This illustrates performance comparisons / feedback from subsea categories, 3.07.02, 3.07.07, and 3.0.98. Between SP-1 and 5 industry peers. SP-1 average is shown in yellow and the average for others is bench marked in green.

Performance across all elements is recorded as excellent by clients for all elements.
